What is C-DAC and how it emerged

Centre for Development of Advanced Computing (C-DAC) is the premier R&D organization of the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY) for carrying out R&D in IT, Electronics and associated areas. Different areas of C-DAC, had originated at different times, many of which came out as a result of identification of opportunities.

Programme for Advancing Computer Education - PACE

C-DAC evolved the PACE training programme in January 1996 which aims to impart training in the language of the respective state.Other than the medium of teaching, the course is structured such that, those desirous of pursuing a career in the software industry, can do so by enrolling for the advanced courses offered by the training centres.
